5. CA Services
WhereIsMyCA provides a platform for users to discover and connect with Chartered Accountants. Professional services are provided by the respective Chartered Accountant and not by WhereIsMyCA unless expressly stated otherwise.
The scope, advice, recommendations, deliverables, and professional decisions relating to a consultation are the responsibility of the Chartered Accountant providing the service.
Users should independently review and verify professional advice where appropriate before relying on it.
6. Appointments and Bookings
Users may request appointments with participating Chartered Accountants through the platform.
Appointment availability is based on the schedules maintained on the platform and may change from time to time.
An appointment should be considered confirmed only when the platform indicates that the booking has been successfully confirmed.
Where an appointment requires action or confirmation from a Chartered Accountant, the booking may remain subject to that confirmation.
7. Payments and Fees
Certain services and consultations may require payment before the appointment is confirmed.
Applicable fees will be displayed during the booking process before payment is completed.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charges.
8. Cancellations and Refunds

Chartered Accountants participating on the platform are responsible for the professional services they provide to users.
Participating professionals are expected to provide accurate information about their qualifications, experience, services, availability, and other professional details.
Where applicable, professional conduct and regulatory obligations remain the responsibility of the respective Chartered Accountant.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the WhereIsMyCA name, branding, website design, software, text, graphics, logos, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to New India Digital Services Pvt Ltd.
You may use the platform for its intended personal or business purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected platform content without prior written permission.
